Our Return Window
We accept return requests submitted within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- In their original packaging, undamaged and unaltered
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, written in, or damaged after delivery
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@wizblossom.store with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions
- Please do not ship items back without receiving written approval from our team first
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:
- A defective or damaged item
- An incorrect item sent by WizBlossom
In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange an alternative resolution.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5–7 business days.
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
If your return is not approved, we will notify you with a clear explanation.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photograph of the item and packaging
We will work swiftly to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.
Important Disclaimer
WizBlossom reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
