Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay with your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • 🇺🇸 United States
  • 🇨🇦 Canada
  • 🇦🇺 Australia

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Transit times begin once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, destination, and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over a specified threshold, as displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (where available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to Canada and Australia, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

WizBlossom is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Important Disclaimer

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, WizBlossom cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays or disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Customs processing delays
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
