Orders & Products

Q: Are the books brand new? A: Yes. All books sold at WizBlossom are brand new unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing. We do not sell used, damaged, or refurbished items.

Q: Are your books authentic and licensed? A: Absolutely. All products listed on WizBlossom are genuine, licensed publications sourced from reputable suppliers. We do not sell counterfeit or unauthorized copies.

Q: Can I purchase multiple copies of the same book? A: Yes. You may add multiple quantities of any item to your cart, subject to availability.

Q: Do you offer digital or e-book versions? A: Currently, WizBlossom offers physical books only. We may expand to digital formats in the future.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship? A: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive? A: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery times are 7–15 business days for the US and 10–20 business days for Canada and Australia. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number? A: Yes. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Q: My tracking hasn't updated in several days. What should I do? A: Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, particularly for international shipments. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@wizblossom.store.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy? A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Please review our full Return Policy for details.

Q: My item arrived damaged. What do I do? A: We are sorry to hear this. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wizblossom.store with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.

Q: How long does a refund take? A: Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to process the credit.
